Nadine Binder

Nadine is a trained Co-Active® coach and trainer specialized in personal leadership & development, healthy work strategies, mental health, time- and self-management, communication, intercultural competence, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). She holds a PhD in psychology and is currently based in Brake (near Oldenburg). In her work, Nadine seeks to create and hold space for her participants for reflection and sharing as well as to support them in their personal and professional development, growth, and ability to connect deeply and meaningfully with themselves and others. 

She received her PhD in Psychology from the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS) for her research on intercultural competence and intercultural learning in higher education. She continues to work as an external lecturer at various German universities where she teaches “Intercultural Business Communication” and “Diversity Training”. Nadine is passionate about research and practice, seeking to help her clients connect their unique experience to insights from theory and research. She aims to support her clients in their personal development and growth as well as in collaborating successfully with others.

Nadine Binder has received certification from the Intercultural Communication Institute (ICI) in the USA, is a certified intercultural trainer as well as Senior Facilitator of Personal Leadership. She holds a master degree in „Management of Cultural Diversity” (Tilburg University, NL) and a bachelor degree in „Intercultural Relations and Behavior“ (Jacobs University Bremen, Germany), lived and studied in Australia and works in both German and English.

Besides her independent work, Nadine is a Partner at the Institute for Developing Across Differences, co-founder of the Globally Conscious Peacemakers (GCP) and volunteers for the World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence as well as for Young SIETAR as a mentor.
